We provide:

Working conditions and responsibilities:
- Strict adherence to all program rules;
- Work at the clinic (provide consultation to patients, distribute medicine) starts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, with a 1 hour lunch break, as well as being on duty in the evening and on weekends according to a schedule. Be prepared to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis;
- Keep track of medical documents, reports, and statistics;
- Provide education to the local community on proper health practices;
- Help clean the clinic, shared spaces, and rooms;
- Help cook meals;
- Assist with shopping for groceries, basic household items, and medication.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older;
- Must have a secondary or higher degree specializing in general medicine or pediatrics;
- Advanced proficiency in diagnosing, treating and preventing illnesses with experience in outpatient clinical procedures;
- Language skills: Spanish B1 level or higher on arrival (we provide help in learning Spanish before your trip!);
- Willingness to speak Spanish even within the team;
- Be willing to support the project through fundraising
- Be willing to live and work far from large cities, with bad internet connectivity, at a small rural clinic with a diverse, international team;
