Working conditions and main responsibilities:
- Posting project vacancies on various sites on the Internet and social networks;
- Receiving, processing and sorting applications from volunteers;
- Communicating (calls and emails) with volunteers in English and Spanish;
- Conducting interviews;
- Preparing volunteers for the project: give them instructions and train them, offer moral support, helping the volunteer until their arrival to the Health & Help project, etc.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus
- Love for people and patience
- Knowledge of Spanish (at least level B2)
- Responsibility, accuracy and punctuality
- Desired but not necessary: knowledge of Russian language, previous experience living or working in Latin America
- Supporting the mission and core values of the Health & Help project
